Jonathan Hodor, DO, MS
Owner & Medical Director
Dr. Hodor is board certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his training at Georgetown University in 2006.
As a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician, Dr. Hodor has dedicated his career to helping women on their journey to achieve optimal health and wellness. After experiencing a life changing injury, Dr. Hodor has developed a personal understanding of how to live with chronic pain and is deeply committed to helping men and women improve the way they feel and look. Jonathan’s advanced medical training and personal experience as a lifelong athlete and health enthusiast allows him to utilize his depth of knowledge and procedural skills and to help both men and women reach their full potential.
Dr. Hodor has assembled a team consisting of multidisciplinary professionals to develop a comprehensive wellness practice that integrates aesthetics, precision medicine and rejuvenating medical services for both men and women. Feeling good and looking good should be synonymous, and Potomac Performance is fully committed to helping you on the journey toward a better you.

Elisabeth Smith
Practice Manager
Elisabeth Smith joined Dr. Hodor as Potomac Performance and RNR Aesthetics Practice Manager in 2022. A highly skilled manager and client relations specialist, she is focused on providing personalized care, service and seamless practice administration.
Liz is a graduate of DePaul University and former Managing Director in financial services at Nuveen Investments in Chicago with over 20 years’ experience in client relations, customer service and business development.
She is a certified non-medical trainer in neonatal resuscitation and avid volunteer in the community, serving on various educational and fundraising boards in the DC area.
Perry J. Smith
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
A lifelong business leader and hospitality professional in the Washington, DC area, Smith has created, operated and scaled a variety of brands and successful concepts including the Matchbox, Ted’s Bulletin and Polly Esther’s entertainment venues in NY, Chicago and DC.
As CSO of Potomac Performance, his focus is on growth, innovation, customer relations, hospitality and communications. Smith is a graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, a Maryland State Champion in pole vault, played football at Lehigh and is an IAB amateur boxer. As a sports enthusiast, he is passionate about the growing field of bioidentical hormone replacement, peptides and precision medicine for mature athletes, high performing leaders and individuals seeking a healthy lifestyle.
Perry is a graduate of Lehigh University and NYU with an MA in Communications. He is a small business advocate and consultant, and serves on various hospitality, educational and athletic boards in the DC area.
Leah Greenspan, DO
Chief medical expert
Dr. Greenspan is a board certified pediatrician and neonatologist. She completed her Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center and her Pediatric residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Greenspan is a graduate of Florida International University, completed her post baccalaureate in Pre-Med at Columbia University, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Leah began her career as a Registered Dietitian which ignited her passion to pursue advanced studies in medicine. Her depth of knowledge regarding the importance of diet and nutritional health coupled with her technical and procedural skills developed through her practice of neonatology make her a wonderful addition to our team at Potomac Performance!
Arin Longfellow RN, MSN, ACNPC-AG
Erin Longfellow is a dedicated nurse practitioner with strengths in patient focused acute areas, education, counseling and evidence-guided techniques.
She has extensive experience in neuromodulators, microneedling, dermal filler, lasers, PRP, BHRT and various other aesthetic practices.
Erin is a graduate of the Walden University Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program and holds a BA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
